Ludhiana: Burger-seller willing to file affidavit listing promises

A contender for Ludhiana parliamentary seat, Ravinderpal Singh (30), alias Baba ji burger wale, has been trying to convince potential voters by saying that he is even ready to sign an affidavit mentioning pre-poll promises so that in case he is not able to fulfill the same in given period of time, people can punish him the way they wish to. His election symbol is key.
